Richard Friesen's first novel, The Tower of Dreams, came out in January. Book II in the Dreaming King Saga, Oathbound Sisters should be out by mid-summer. Richard has been writing for years and has a few published short stories, such as the one in Once Upon a Galaxy, edited by Wil McCarthy. When Richard started writing about the world of the dreaming king, however, something changed--many things changed. Now writing is a discovery--characters and situations appear from by surprise from whatever muse releases such things.
